Process for getting your floorplan

We do everything!

Some companies require you to sketch out your own home before they produce your plans. This is just ridiculous! Leave the measurements and sketching to our highly-trained, professional draftspeople and get the most accurate floorplans possible.

If you have your original construction drawings available, we can work straight from those, eliminating the need to come to your home for measurements. This will also save you a bit of money... check our Special Offers page for information on this.

FAQ's:

Do I have to measure or make drawings of my home?

  • No, absolutely not. We take care of all of the measurements and drawings.

Do I have to move any furnishings around to make room for you to measure?

  • No. We use laser measuring devices for accuracy and convenience.

Are the plans produced by hand or by computer?

  • All of our plans are produced using AutoCAD, a computer-based drafting program.

Do I have to have special computer software to view my floorplans?

  • No. We will save your file in several formats for your use. Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) files are universally used and can be easily emailed between us, you, and your realtor. We can also save the files as compressed photo files (.jpg). Either format can be readily used in print and/or web applications.

What will my floor plan look like?

  • Here's a sample of one of our floorplans. They are less detailed than our regular construction floorplans for good reason. We need them to convey critical information such as room sizes and placement without a lot of unnecessary clutter that would aggravate buyers.

What is the cost?

  • For homes measuring up to 1800 square feet of living area, our charge is $500. Each additional 100 square feet is $50.
